Mr. Panayiotis Siakkas is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA).
He studied at Manchester University, UK where he graduated with First Class Honors in Economics, Finance & Accounting. He then trained at Coopers & Lybrand in London where he qualified and returned to Cyprus in 1993 to join the family business, Alasia Land Developments Ltd. Alasia owns and operates a tourist complex in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The complex includes a 221 room hotel as well as independent F&B outlets consisting of a nightclub, a café, a bar and two restaurants. At Alasia, he successfully transformed the business by renovating it, rebranding it and introducing new concepts and policies which led to new high standards and increased profitability. He is currently the CEO and president of the Board of Directors of Alasia. Panayiotis brings to SPA Financial Services a wealth of experience in the tourism and catering industry.
