SPA Financial Services Ltd (“SPAFS”) was established in partnership with Scordis, Papapetrou & Co, LLC (“SP & Co”) in 2011 as an independent investment boutique firm bringing together qualified and experienced financial and legal professionals under one group to better service the increasing demands of investors globally.
SP is the 100% owner of the shares of the law firm Scordis, Papapetrou and Co, LLC (“SP & Co”) which is headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus with offices in Moscow and Athens. Since 1973 it provides a comprehensive range of legal and corporate services making it one of the most respected and established law firms in Cyprus and the region (www.scordispapapetrou.com).
Headquartered in the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, and with a branch in Athens, SPAFS has extended and enhanced the professional services provided by SP&Co and its affiliates by offering investment services and acting as the central hub for all the investment needs of the clients.
The group of companies, including SPAFS, currently employs approximately 70 professionals (investment professionals, lawyers, compliance officers, accountants, back office staff, IT personnel) across three geographical locations (i.e. Nicosia, Athens and Moscow).
